The Red Flag Report ($990) is a fast, low-cost check for a deal of any size: within 48 hours of receiving the seller’s documents you get a risk rating, a price-range recommendation and, if justified, a recommendation to walk away. The Standard Report ($3,300) provides a comprehensive 12-month document-based review including full financial verification, GA4 access, and complete legal audit, ideal for purchases up to $250k and includes a basic code overview. The Deep Dive Report ($4,950) offers forensic 24-month verification with bank statement analysis, full code review, and dedicated senior lawyer support for $250k+ transactions and businesses in regulated industries.

If you want a quick check on a business before committing to a full due diligence, yes, even before you sign an LOI. It covers business metrics, financials, compliance, key-person risk and the code, and gives you a risk rating, a price-range recommendation and, if the evidence justifies it, a recommendation to walk away. If you go ahead, upgrade to a Standard or Deep Dive Report within 60 days and the full Red Flag fee is credited, so it costs you nothing extra. If you walk away, it was cheap protection against a bad deal.
